Mark Haley, DDS
Dr. Haley was born in New York but grew up here in the Phoenix valley. He received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Arizona and returned to New York to study dentistry at New York University. Dr. Haley is a strong proponent of giving patients choices and solutions that represent the best outcome for their overall dental health. Dr. Haley and his wife, Liz, said goodbye to Phoenix for eight years to fulfill a lifelong dream to sail around the world. Despite leaving home behind, dentistry came along with them on the journey. Their boat was outfitted with a full dental care delivery system and Dr. Haley became certified to practice dentistry in both New Zealand and Australia! Dr. Haley has brought his experience and compassion to places as remote as the small fishing villages in Mexico, aboriginal settlements in Australia’s outback, and remote anchorages in the South Pacific. While the venues may change, Dr. Haley’s attention to his patient’s health, safety, and individual needs is always the same. Dr. Haley and his wife and two daughters enjoy travel, camping, biking, boating and most any activity outdoors! He looks forward to meeting you and serving your dental health needs. Don’t be afraid to ask him questions, he has an intense knowledge and passion for dentistry and a great sense of humor.
I have been a part of the dental field for 18 years and have been a dental hygienist for 14 years. I have spent 10 of those years with the Today’s Dental team. The most gratifying part of my job is taking a patient that is fearful or someone that has a previous unfavorable dental visit, and giving them a positive and comfortable dental experience. When I am not at work, my 6-year-old son keeps me very busy. We love spending time with family and going to the beach.
I graduated from Dental Hygiene school in May 2007 and started at Todays Dental shortly after that in November 2007. I love being a dental hygienist because I am able to help people every day have a clean and healthy mouth that they want to show off. My favorite thing about Today’s Dental is the professionalism and efficiency with which we operate. We still find time to have fun, but we always make sure our patients are priority. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and of course, my two dogs.
I began my dental assisting career in CA. in 2008 and have recently relocated to AZ with my family in 2019 and began working for Today’s Dental. I love helping others and what I do while working at a dedicated, family-oriented office.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my Husband and kids.
I’ve been in dentistry since 2006, where I started as a Certified Dental Assistant. I then graduated from hygiene school and worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years in Seattle, from 2011-2021, before my husband and I relocated to Phoenix to be near family. I was born in the Bay area, and lived in Utah, California, Washington, and now here. I have transitioned into the front office now at Today’s Dental and I love it! When I’m not working, I love cooking, hanging out with my husband & dog, and exploring all that Arizona has to offer.
